PURPOSE:To upgrade detergent properties and decorative properties by forming at least the outer face of a top plate mainly with a metal sheet coated with fluorine containing resin film. CONSTITUTION:An outer wall layer of a top plate of a gas range is composed mainly of a fluorine containing resin film, while an inner wall layer is formed with a metal sheet. Fluorine containing resin is thermoplastic resin containing fluorine atoms in the molecular structural formula of resin, and particularly, tetrafluoroethylene resin is preferred. Further, as for the tetrafluoroethylene resin, a tetraethylene.perfluoroalcoxyethylene copolymer (PFA) on a tetrafluoroethylene.ethylene copolymer (ETFE) is preferred. Also, a fluorine containing resin film used for the outer wall layer is free from pinholes and used for coating the metal sheet forming the inner wall layer, and its film thickness is 5-200mu, preferably 20-100mu. Also, as for the metal sheet, iron or aluminum metal sheet is preferred, and its sheet thickness is 1-2m/m, preferably 0.2-1m/m. |
