PURPOSE:To allow a clean treatment by successively laminating a supporting layer and a porous membrane of polyolefin on a wound contact layer consisting of the matrix of fibered collagen and specific denatured collagen and coating the porous membrane with a hydrophilic polymer. CONSTITUTION:The supporting layer consisting of a reinforcing material and the porous membrane consisting of the polyolefin are successively laminated on the wound contact layer consisting of the matrix of the fibered collagen and the denatured collagen contg. 0 to 80wt.% helix. The porous membrane is coated with the hydrophilic polymer by chemical bonding. The hydrophilic polymer with which the front surface of the porous membrane is coated is preferably polymethoxyethyl acrylate or polydimethyl acrylamide, etc. The porous membrane which has the pore size within a 0.01 to 1.0mum range and the moisture vapor transmission rate within 200 to 500g/m<2>.24hr is more preferable in order for the membrane to be used as an artificial skin. The clean treatment state approximate to the natural skin is obtd. in this way. |
