PURPOSE:To obtain the title nonwoven fabric having excellent durability and flexibility by laminating a cotton curd web as the first layer, a synthetic fiber curd web as the second layer and a cotton curd web as the third layer and forming a nonwoven fabric by water stream interlacing system. CONSTITUTION:In production of a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a cotton curd web, a curd web of a synthetic fiber such as polyester staple and further a cotton curd web are used as the first layer, second layer and third layer, respectively, and then a nonwoven fabric is formed of these components by a water stream interlacing system to provide the objective nonwoven fabric. |
