REGULATING METHOD FOR MICROORGANISM FILM FOR BIOSENSOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a biosensor of high sensitivity and long lifetime by filtering a microorganism suspension by a porous film after it is mixed with a filter aid, by fitting the porous film so that a sample flows through on the side of this film and by fitting a microorganism layer so that the side of this layer is in contact with a DO sensor. CONSTITUTION:A liquid sent to a biosensor passes through a flow chamber (flow cell) 9. Dissolved oxygen (DO) and an organism in the liquid pass through a porous film 10 and reach a microorganism layer 11. A change in the concentration of the dissolved oxygen by the microorganism layer is detected as an electric signal by a DO sensor 12 and amplified and the change is displayed as a change in a current value.
