PURPOSE:To make a system including a catalyst vessel compact and to prevent the deterioration of a catalyst due to sulfuric acid mist by arranging a dinitrogen monoxide decomposing catalyst in a waste combustion gas passage in the pressure vessel extending from the outlet of a boiler furnace to the inlet of a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:A dinitrogen monoxide decomposing catalyst 5 is arranged in the high-temp. and high-pressure area with the gas kept at 600-900 deg.C and 5-40atm pressure in the waste combustion gas passage in a pressure vessel 1 extending from the outlet of a boiler 3 furnace to the inlet of a gas turbine 7. At least one kind of metal selected from the group consisting of the oxides of Zn, Ti, Cd, Fe and Pd is prepared as the catalyst. As a result, the system including a catalyst vessel is made compact, and the deterioration of the catalyst due to sulfuric acid mist is prevented. |
