<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject curtain having excellent durability by using a flame-resistant fiber based material as the surface layer of a light-shielding curtain, providing a porous layer made of polyurethane containing specific components obtained by a wet method and a coating film layer in the rear face of the base material, and coloring one of the porous layer and the coating film layer to a dark color. CONSTITUTION:A fiber based material 2 subjected to flame-resistant treatment is used as a surface layer of a light-shielding curtain. Next, the rear face of the base material is coated with a polyurethane containing a flame-resistant agent, a crosslinking agent and a urethane oligomer and subjected to wet coagulation to form a porous layer 3. On the other hand, a solution containing polyurethane composed of polyester-based diol having >=170 deg.C softening temperature in a same manner as above, a flame-resistant agent, a crosslinking agent, urethane oligomer and a coloring agent is applied on a sheet of releasing paper and the resultant system is dried. Then, a polyurethane film layer 4 is formed, and said porous layer face is hot-pressed on the upper face of the film layer by heating to afford the objective flame- resistant and light-shielding curatin. As the flame-resistant agent, a combined agent of a flame-resistant agent composed of a bromine-containing urethane compound, etc., with antimony trioxide is exemplified.</p> |
