PURPOSE:To make the process continuous and automatic and to develop with a stabilized quality by providing a holding roller capable of being moved up and down and tilted and a feed roller furnished with a cleaning brush, water washing nozzle and dehydrating roller. CONSTITUTION:An etching nameplate is placed on a holding roller 2, dipped in a developing tank 1 and colored, and the roller 2 is tilted by its lifting motor 3 while removing the soln., raised to a driving pulley 4 and then leveled. The roller 2 is rotated by the pulley 4, and the nameplate is transferred to a feed roller 5, cleaned by a cleaning brush 6, washed with a water washing nozzle 7 and dehydrated by a dehydrating roller 8. The nameplate is turned by a direction changing roller 9 through a piston 10, delivered to a belt conveyor 11 provided with a turntable by gravity and discharged by the rotation of the turntable. The process is automatically controlled by a control panel 13. |
