<p>PURPOSE: To laterally adjust the pivot axis of a door to prevent the inclination or the like of the door by constituting a laterally adjusting device of a basic member having a screw hole, a cover having a fixed device capable of being slidable thereon and a screw. CONSTITUTION: A laterally adjusting device for mounting a hinge pin is constituted of a basic member 50 having a screw hole 52a parallel with a laterally adjusting line, a socket housing the end of a hinge pin 36, guide holes 63 and 64 aligned with the screw hole 52a, a cover 60 having a fixed nut 66 and sliding on the member 50 and an adjusting screw or the like. The end inserting a screw 65 thereinto is screwed in the screw hole 52a of the member 50, and when the screw 65 is turned, the screw itself is moved, and the cover 60 having the socket can be laterally moved to the member 50. By the constitution, fine and continuous adjustment is made, and the inclination of the door and a non- alined state can be easily corrected.</p> |
