<p>PURPOSE:To immediately cope with a disaster at the time of its generation by constituting the bag of an outer bag provided with a peephole, a valuables holder with a lock provided on the bottom part of the outer bag, the interior, a protector, etc., containing chamber, an illuminating lamp and a protector, etc. CONSTITUTION:At a usual time, this bag is used as a second bag or a shoulder bag, and in that case, valuables are contained in a valuables holder 2, its lock is keyed, and usual articles are put into an inner bag. At the time of disaster, for instance, in case a fire is generated in a building, the inner bag 3 is drawn out of an outer bag 1 in a state that articles of the contents remain put therein, the outer bag 1 is turned upside down in a state that the valuables are left in the valuables holder 2, and this cap is put on from the head by opening a cover of the peephole 1b, and used as a disaster prevention cap. In the case the periphery is dark, or visibility becomes bad due to smoke, etc., by doing so, a state of the periphery can be grasped exactly by lighting an illuminating lamp 6. Also, by a disaster prevention mask 4, and a protector, etc., 7, a user can be protected by poisoning, suffocation, a burn, a bruise, and a lacerated wound. In such a way, it is possible to cope immediately with a disaster at the time of its generation.</p> |
