PURPOSE:To uniformly knead a small amt. of polymer material by providing a torque meter to a driving shaft having a rotor at its lower end, pivoting a rotor heating mechanism above a cup support and forming recesses and protrusions on the upper surface of a cup bottom member and the lower surface of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor support 4 through which a driving shaft having a rotor 12 at its lower end pierces through a rotor lifting mechanism 7 with permitted vertical movement and a cup support 5 into which a cup member 8 for receiving the rotor 12 is inserted are successively provided to the left and right struts 3 erected on a base 1. A torque meter 22 is furnished to the driving shaft, and a rotor heating mechanism 24 embracing the lifted rotor 12 and made openable to the left and right is pivoted above the cup support 5. Furthermore, a cup bottom member 30 is detachably provided in the cup member 8, and recesses and protrusions 32a-32d are formed on the upper surface of the cup bottom member 30 and/or the lower surface of the rotor 12 to obtain a friction face. Consequently, a small amt. of polymer material is uniformly kneaded. |
