CURVED RAIL AND MANUFACTURE OF ITS MEMBER

PURPOSE:To realize various curves by joining multilayer curved members and rectilinear members to each other in the longitudinal direction to form a curved rail, the multilayer curved members each taking a form corresponding to the plane of a curved member. CONSTITUTION:A required number of plates 12 each of which corresponds to the plane of a curved member are formed by cutting of plywood 11 and the plates 12 are laminated on one another and stuck together to form cores i.e. curved members 2. Rectilinear members 1 are joined to the curved members 2 by means of fastening of bolts and the like to form a curved rail. Thereby various curves can be promptly and easily dealt with.
