PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by setting an allowable range for the mis-registration of the material to be worked, comparing the mis-registration detected with the mis-registration detector to the allowable range of mis-registration on the working time, judging, and making as an error of the mis-registration of the material to be worked at the time when the amount of the mis-registration is made beyond the allowable range. CONSTITUTION:The position of the material to be worked just after clamping the material to be worked with the work clamp 5 is set as the standard value of the mis-registration amount (electric voltage) on the mis-registration detector 11a, 11b. The amount of the mis-registration of the material to be worked is continuously observed with the controlling means through the mis-registration detecting device in the working time. The amount of mis-registration detected during the working time is compared and judged with the allowable range of the positioning of the material to be worked which is set preliminarily, and when the amount of mis-registration from the mis-registration detecting device is made to out of the allowable range, the mis-registration of the material to be worked can be judged. Therefore, the shift of the material during working time can be dealt with rapidly, and the working efficiency can be improved. |
