In this case, it is performed while removing the glass component in the slurry by a separation device 2. The effects of the highly efficient polishing of the glass, the reduction in the using quantity of abrasive, the reduction in the scratch generation, the labor saving in replacing the abrasive, etc., are thus caused, and after all the reduction in the polishing cost of the glass is enabled.
