<p>PURPOSE:To disuse a subassembly for the purpose of reducing the cost and to cope with an automatic assembly by forming integrally a shaft which is turned or rotated by a main chassis and a subboard disposed to be positioned approximately parallel to the main chassis. CONSTITUTION:Parts of the shaft inserted with each one end into the main chassis 22 are inserted with the other ends into a hole array opened on the subchassis 80. Then, the subchassis 80 is positioned to be approximately parallel to the main chassis 22, and is tightened to the main chassis 22 with a screw 85. By this method, individual parts can directly be fitted to the main chassis 22, so that a subassembly having a basic body of a bracket, etc., can be eliminated. That is, the bracket, etc., having nothing to do with an essential function of the magnetic recording and reproducing device can be eliminated, and the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can also be reduced. Then, assembling cost required for subassemblies is cut down, and also the cost is reduced.</p> |
