PURPOSE: To provide a carbon dioxide gas laser, with reduced required installation space by letting a supporter have structure common to two laser circuits and making a 1st central plane/zone parallel with a 2nd central plane/zone. CONSTITUTION: A blower system constituting a unit, together with the laser is provided almost symmetric to a 3rd central plane 29 through the geometrical centroid of a laser circuit structure. Except for a terminal flange, the laser device uses a mirror of which an almost geometrical central axis 147 is visible. Gas is sucked not only from a lower laser circuit but also from an upper laser circuit. Therefore, a through flange passes the gas from below upwards. Four return circuits and four feed circuits are installed, while mutually offsetting their central planes just for one vertical angle pitch. Thus, the laser has square inner distance side dimension of 117mm, its full height is almost 650mm, and the output of 5kW can be provided. |
