<p>PURPOSE:To specify only a person who made a reservation for his utilization on a conference room and to permit the extension of reservation time from the conference room by controlling the locking/unlocking of the conference room based on the ID number of the person who made a reservation and the reserved time with the help of an ID discrimination device provided in the conference room and displaying only the time during which the reservation can be extended in order to control reservation extension. CONSTITUTION:The inside of the knob 2a of the door 2 of a conference room is provided with an electric lock 2b, and the surface of a card reader is provided with a reader head 1a, a reservation extension button 1b, an OK lamp 1c which lights when entry into and exit from he conference room is OK, an NG lamp 1d which lights when entry into and exit from the conference room is not allowed, and a reservation extension lamp 1e. When there is a person who made a reservation, the personal code number of the person, the date, and the time zoner are discriminated. When coincidence is detected, the OK lamp 1c lights. At the time of NO, the NG lamp 1d lights, and at the time of YES, the electric lock 2b is unlocked and entry into the room is allowed. When the reservation extension lamp 1e lights, extension becomes possible.
