<p>PURPOSE:To continuously change the delay time of an input data and an inverted input data with the small number of elements by operating this phase shifting circuit as a variable resistor and changing a time constant by continuously changing the conductive states of first and second field effect transistors(FET) based on a control signal. CONSTITUTION:A first FET 52 is provided to input an input data D while controlling the conductive state according to the control signal, and a second FET 55 is provided to input an inverted input data, the inverse of D whose phase is reverse to that of the data, while controlling the conductive state according to a control signal ct. First and second impedance means 53 and 57 respectively connected in parallel to the first and second FET, first and second inverters 58 and 59 cross-connected to the output sides of the first and second FET, and third and fourth inverters 60 and 62 for outputs respectively connected to the output sides of the first and second FET are provided. Thus, the delay time of the input data and the inverted input data can be continuously changed.</p> |
