A layout for painting by spraying electrostatically charged powders comprises means of feeding the powders to a spray nozzle 1, including a valve 8, 8a for selecting the paint colour. In the phase of changing the paint colour said valve 8, 8a is supplied with high-pressure purging air which is guided in two different directions and purges the powder transport conduits and the painting booth G. A quick vent valve 10a, 10b of the three-way type protects the Venturi device 4a, 4b from aspirating powder from the respective containers 3a, 3b during this phase. <IMAGE> |
