The invention relates to a product intended for feeding palmipeds reared for the production of pâté de foie gras. It consists of extruded bean or soya flour mixed with sodium bicarbonate, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, whey and amino acids and comes in the form of smooth ovoid balls, about the size of a kernel of corn (maize). The product according to the invention is particularly intended for force-feeding palmipeds for the production of pâté de foie gras.
