PURPOSE:To optionally change the spectral characteristic of a test light beam by generating the light beam of specified wavelength in reference to a pseudo sun beam by a single light source and superposing the light beams so that optical axes are aligned. CONSTITUTION:Plural filter devices 21 which the spectrum of the light beams of specified wavelength passes through are annularly arranged on the optical path of the pseudo sun beam radiated from the light source 1, and a shielding plate being a shielding device 22 is movably arranged on the light source 1 side. Furthermore, a specimen 9 is irradiated with the light beam through reflection mirrors 3 and 6, an integrator 5 and a collimator lens 7, etc. By moving the shielding plate being the shielding device 22 to the outside, the pseudo sun beam and the light beam of the specified wavelength having the spectrum passing through the filter corresponding to the shielding plate are made incident on the integrator 5, superposed so that the optical axes may be aligned and irradiate the specimen 9. By moving the other shielding plate in the same way, the spectral characteristic of the test light beam is optionally set. Thus, the constitution of an irradiating device which superposes the light beam of the specified wavelength on the pseudo sun beam by one light source is simplified. |
