CONSTITUTION:When the removal of a fault is detected by the output change, etc., of a generating station and a fixed time passes, the presence of the limitation of a power supply for generators G1-G3 by the action of NN is decided on the basis of specified number at a closest time in the time series data of an internal phase angle stored in an internal phase-angle arithmetic section 6 and outputs before the fault of the generators G1-G3 detected before the fault by a power-supply limiting decision section 7. When the neurons of output layers corresponding to each generator output '1', the necessity of the limitation of a power supply is decided, and the result if transmitted to a control section 8.
