PRODUCTION OF NON-RIGID POLYURETHANE FORM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title foam having improved skin strength of foam surface and excellent surface curing properties even by the use of only water as a blowing agent by using an imidazole-based compound as a catalyst together with a promoter. CONSTITUTION:In producing non-rigid polyurethane foam by using a polyol and an organic polyisocyanate as main raw materials in the presence of auxiliaries such as blowing agent and catalyst, 0.01-0.8 pt.wt. imidazole-based compound, 0.01-0.5 pt.wt. organometallic catalyst (e.g. organotin compound-based catalyst) and a tertiary amine-based catalyst except imidazole-based compound are used based on 100 pts.wt. total polyol to give the objective foam. Substantially only water is preferably used as the blowing agent.
