PURPOSE:To automatically totalize the working hour management by providing a connector fixed to a key telephone set and an IC card attachably and detachably to the connector and recording a individual working time to the key telephone set having a clock function so as to register the coming/goging time data onto the IC card. CONSTITUTION:In loading the IC card ICCD being a major component to the connector 5 provided to key telephone sets KT-1 KT-m, the card is connected to the key telephone set electrically and mechancially. In this case, a switch ICSW included in the connector is turned on and the power supply from a power source V2 to each component of the key telephone set KT-1 is started. Then the time data when the IC card is loaded and the time data when the IC card is unloaded are sent to a control circuit KPU via a transmission/ reception circuit XR-m, a transformer T-2m, a transformer T6 of the key telephone set KT-m and a transmission/reception circuit KXR. The control circuit KPU registers the sent time data in a memory in the IC card ICCD. |
