<p>PURPOSE: To use one cutter for various products by providing a cutting means including an elastic deflection means cutting a yarn stored in a groove when a movable cutting element passes through a stationary cutting element to act at a high speed so as to cut rapidly at the moment of catching. CONSTITUTION: A grooved piston 29 movable by fluid pressure is provided with a movable cutting element 30 and is positioned so as to cross a groove 19 when moved by a piston. Moreover, it passes through a stationary cutting fringe of a cutting element 32 fixed on a main body 12 on the side of a groove remotest from a first end part of a hole, and cutting elements are driven for each other, thereby cutting a yarn stored in the groove. By connecting an operation device arm 45 and a valve body 26 with a cutter main body 12 closely, a cutting means operates at a very high speed and has the reliability and a simple structure.</p> |
