The IC engine is for the drive of motor vehicles and machinery. It has a rotor with five movable seals, located eccentrically in a housing. This forms five chambers with variable volumes and the engine has working stroke control by three rotarty inlet slide valves and three relay outlet slide valves. The timing sequence is 1-3-5-2-4 and the slide valves are driven by the rotor at a ratio of 5:4. Lubrication of all movable parts is via a hollow chamber in the rotor centre.
