Tamperproof closure device, particularly for high voltage cabinets, composed of a cabinet (1) containing safety members which can normally be closed by a cover (5) held in these corners by screws (7) penetrating into bosses (2) in the cabinet exhibiting suitable tapped holes (3). One of the screws (7) includes, at the top of its shank, a cylindrical head (8) with smooth edges surrounded by a freely mounted ring (9), and the upper surface of which has a relieved or recessed imprint (10) for screwing or unscrewing the screw (7) with the aid of a special key, tamperproofing of this screw being a function of the distance (d) separating the axis of the screw shank (7) from the central axis of the imprint (10). <IMAGE>
