<p>PURPOSE: To provide a load switching installation requiring much smaller space by contriving the arrangement of constituent elements as well as arranging a multi-position rotary switch with its rotary shaft set in vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: A load switching installation 1 has a cubic container 2 in which three multi-position rotary switches 10 provided with their vertical rotary shafts are arranged. Each rotary switch 10 has its operational device 11 which is attached to the upper wall 5 of the container 2. In order to reduce the size of the container 2, it is particularly effective to arrange the terminals of the rotary switch 10 are respectively pointed in the direction to the front wall 3 or rear wall 4 of the container 2. Accordingly, an interval to an adjacent rotary switch 10 can be made comparatively small. Also, a bushing 25 for an annular cable and another bushing 26 for connecting a transformer are provided on the bottom wall 6 of the container 2.</p> |
