PURPOSE:To enhance the anti-leak performance by sealing the opening part of a Zn can with a seal and a positive electrode terminal plate, enwrapping the peripheral wall of this Zn can with a heat-shrinkable tube, and placing a negative electrode terminal plate of electroconductive plastics in contact with the outer bottom of the Zn can. CONSTITUTION:A soft and heat-shrinkable PVC tube 12 adhered to and enwrapping the peripheral wall of a Zn can has the top and bottom bent inwardso asd to seal the whole battery. A negative electrode terminal plate 9 is made of polyester including 13-30wt.% carbon powder or carbon fiber, and fabricated from a larger sheet through punchoff process. This negative electrode terminal plate 9 is put in contacted with the outer bottom of the Zn can and caulked with a seath can 13 of metal through the bottom of the heat-shrinkable tube 12, wherein a negative electrode insulation ring 11 may also be omitted. A foaming body gas a remarkably wide surface area of film and can check flowout of the electrolyte to be extruded by the gas pressure. |
