<p>PURPOSE:To operate a power plant according to a command by preparing an optimized model of an actual power plant based on collected plant data, storing thus prepared optimized model and obtaining an optimal model through calculation, and registering a newest optimized model and a standard pattern, obtained by averaging all past models, automatically into a calculation implementing model. CONSTITUTION:Upon provision of a plant model calculation request R1 representing completion of collection of process amount I from a start/stop data collecting means 3, an optimal model calculating means 5 calls plant data Ip from a history data storing section 4 and calculates a status curve of an actual power plant according to the least squares method. An optimized plant model section 6 stores the model of actual power plant for each stating mode and averages all past plant models and current plant model to produce a standard pattern which is then stored. A schedule calculating means 8 calculates the start/stop schedule of power plant, matching with a target time, based on a calculation implementing model 7 which stores the standard pattern automatically.</p> |
