<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate provision of a refrigerator and omit the in-yard adjustment by decompressing a dehumidifer having a built-in hollow, string-shaped composite diaphragm of type such that water vapors are conveyed selectively and separately, and suppressing the relative humidity of exhaust gas below a certain percentage. CONSTITUTION:If it is assumed that the system on the dehumidifier 20a side is in the processing operation, the exhaust gas cooled and primarily dehumidified by a dehumidifying/cooling device 6 is led to the dehumidifier 20a via an inlet valve 16a and passes through a hollow string-shaped composite diaphragm 21a in the dehumidifier 20a. At this time, its inside is evacuated by a vacuum pump 23 through a suction valve 22a. the water vapor contained in the exhaust gas flowing through the composite diaphragm 21a is removed therewith selectively and exhausted to outside the dehumidifier 20a. The exhaust gas after passage of dehumidifier 20a will have a relative humidity below a certain percentage, and be led to an activating coal type rare gas holdup tower 8 via an outlet valve 17a to undergo a delay processing.</p> |
