A fastening for the front panel of a drawer comprises a retaining part (6) fastened to the front panel (4) and a supporting device (10) fastened to the frame of the drawer on the two sides of the drawer. The supporting device (10) has devices for adjusting the front panel (4), and also a fastening part, fastened to the drawer frame (1) in the form of a housing (5), and a hook (7) which is mounted adjustably on the fastening part and extends perpendicularly relative to the front panel (4). The retaining part (6) can be held in the hook (7). The hook (7) is mounted in the housing (5) with the aid of eccentrics (8, 9). One (8) of the eccentrics rests via front and rear spindles (2, 2'') in holes (13, 15) formed in the walls of a double-walled drawer frame (1), into which walls the housing is inserted.
