PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the miniature pneumatic feeder in safety at low cost by providing an optical fiber sending-in and gripping part which is arranged right before a hollow passage guide-in opening independently of a feed head and forces an optical fiber to run against the fluid dynamic force and frictional force of a seal part. CONSTITUTION:A hollow passage 7 is formed in the feed head 4, an optical fiber guide-in opening 9 which has the seal part 8 is formed at one end of the hollow passage, and a connection opening 10 for a hollow duct 2 which is laid previously is formed at the other end. This feed head 4 is provided with a compressed fluid entrance 11 consisting of a passage linked to a halfway point of the hollow passage 7 from outside. The sending-in and gripping part 5 consists of a couple of grip rollers 12 which are arranged so as to grip an optical fiber right before the optical fiber guide-in opening 9 and rotated as shown by an arrow to give the optical fiber 3 a force larger than the fluid dynamic force and frictional force of the optical fiber guide-in seal part 8, thereby moving the optical fiber 3 toward the feed head 4. Consequently, the miniature feeder can easily be manufactured in safety at low cost. |
