PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of an acoustic characteristic due to the invasion of a flux from a joint part by operating a surface processing for the surface of the joint part between a base and a cap so that a surface tension can be increased towards the flux. CONSTITUTION:An interfitting jaw part 7 of a base 3 is fitted into a recessed part 6 of the inner peripheral face of a cap 4, this is interfitted, and the surface processing for the surface of joint part so that the surface tension can be increased towards the flux. That is, solution called water repellent agent or oil repellent agent is applied to the surface of the joint part, in order to volatilize a solvent. And also, the solution obtained after dissolving fluorocarbon resin by alcohols solvent, methyl, methyl silicate solution or the like, is used for the water repellent agent and the oil repellent agent. Thus, the flux can be prevented from invading from the joint part between the base 3 and the cap 4 at the time of soldering lead terminals 5a and 5b, and the initial acoustic characteristic can be held. |
