Mixing polyurethane foam components - at subnormal temps before heating and moulding

The starting material components are mixed at a temperature well below their reaction temperature, fed into the injection nozzle and them briefly conveyed past a heating source just before the nozzle opening. The foam foration is fast and no activators are needed.
