PURPOSE:To perform automatic repair excellently by selecting an actuator and simulating the secondary influence in its operation in response to the decision making of abnormality of the device by a fault diagnostic means, and selecting an actuator again when it is decided that secondary influence can not be removed. CONSTITUTION:An object model storage part 14 is referred to according to state data from sensors 1a - 1c and a fault diagnostic part 12 decides whether the device is abnormal or not. A repair planning part 15 selects one of actuators 6a - 6c and a simulating part 13 simulates the secondary influence in the operation of the actuator. The planning part 15 decides whether or not the influence can be removed and reselects another actuator when not. Consequently, the excellent automatic repair is performed.
