PURPOSE:To obtain the subject device capable of mechanizing knife treatment and enhancing productivity and sanitary control by rotating rotating blades by driving with gears, moving the rotating shaft parallel with a moving frame integral through roulons and forming cut lines in a processed edible meat product fixed to a fixed pedestal. CONSTITUTION:In a device for forming cut lines in a processed edible meat product such as sausage, one or two or more rotating blades 5 and gears 6 are coaxially arranged and the gears 6 are rotated with racks 7 pairing with the gears. The rotating blades 5 are moved parallel with a cylinder 1 secured to a moving frame 2 integral through roulons 3 with the rotating shaft 4 while being rotated. The cut lines are automatically formed in each processed edible meat product 13 fixed to fixed scissors 8 installed in a rotating branch 9 on a fixed pedestal. Furthermore, a structure for installing plural product fixing parts on the fixed pedestal at a regular interval and an equal angle with one shaft 10 as the center and rotating the fixed parts with a motor is preferably provided. |
