<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a lining which is applicable to a varying tube diameter by forming a spherical part using an elastic synthetic resin material having continuous bubbles and specific load-deflection properties with the diameter of the spherical part related specifically to the minimum and maximum inner diameter of the tube. CONSTITUTION:A sponge for lining an intratubular wall surface formed using an elastic material of synthetic resin containing open cell bubbles (for example, soft polyurethane foam) has a load of 60kg or less at the time of 70% deflection in load-deflection properties and a load at the time of compression factor of 10% equal to 6 times or less the load at the time of compression factor of 10%. In addition, given the diameter D of the sponge which is twice or less the minimum inner diameter d1 of the tube and d2 as the maximum inner diameter of the tube, the sponge is formed into a columnar shape having D of 1.1Xd2 or larger and a length of 0.5 to 3D or a spherical shape having a diameter of 1.1Xd2 or larger and 2d1 or less. Subsequently, a sponge is obtained as a pig for lining the intratubular wall surface efficiently if the diameter of the tube varies significantly.</p> |
