Procedure for obtaining a new product based on dehydrated calcium sulphate with additives, and product obtained, consists in obtaining a gypsum-ceramic material having the advantages of gypsum and ceramics, obtained by a procedure carried out at ambient temperature, with the addition of boric acid, natural proteins, surfactants, soapy solution, colorants and cement if necessary, each of these materials being used as hardener, setting time modifier, surface tension modifier, waterproofing agents, colorants and for strength, respectively.
