PURPOSE:To realize the assignment of a frequency in terms of pre-assignment and to execute communication without the complicated assignment control of the frequency by taking the statistics of the use frequency of satellite lines for respective slave stations and previously assigning the frequency which is preferentially used to the slave station which is frequently used. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the frequencies and a station number are previously set in the frequency control table 14 of a reference station immediately before the start of the operation of this system. The number of the pairs of the frequencies which is set at that time is restricted to several rate of the whole number of the satellite lines. The reference station 10 sets the use frequency of the satellite lines for respective slave stations in a statistical table 15. The reference station 10 updates the setting conditions of the number of the pairs of the frequencies and the station number in the frequency control table 14 based on statistical information for a prescribed period. A transmission frequency number, a reception frequency number and an opposite station number are transmitted to the slave station concerned through a control line 2 based on the updated result. The slave station concerned updates frequency use tables 24, 34 and n4 based on received frequency assignment information. |
