PURPOSE:To obtain the copper oxide superconductor contg. >=4K halogens by incorporating 1 to 4 kinds of the elements selected from F, Cl, Br, and I into this oxide superconductor. CONSTITUTION:The oxide contg. 1 to 5 kinds of the elements (M) selected from Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and Ra, the halide of 1 to 4 kinds of the elements (X) selected from F, Cl, Br, and I, the oxide of 1 to 4 kinds of the elements selected from Li, Na, K, and Rb, the oxide of 1 to 5 kinds of the elements (L) selected from Y, La, lanthanide elements, Bi, Pb, and Tl, or the oxide of 1 to 5 kinds of the elements (M') selected from group 3B, 4B, 5B elements are mixed and the mixture is calcined for 1 to 100 hours at 500 to 900 deg.C in oxygen and is ground; thereafter, the mixture is molded and is calcined for 1 to 100 hours at 500 to 900 deg.C in oxygen to obtain the oxide superconductor contg. halogen having the laminar perovskite structure expressed by formula I, formula II (n) is 1 to 3; 0<=y<=0.5; 0<=delta<=0.6) or formula III ((n) is 1 to 3: (m) is 1 to 2; 0<=y<=0.8; 0<=delta<=0.6). |
