PURPOSE:To check outgoing money data accurately and easily by providing a slip read-out means and a data reference means collating the outgoing money data of the read out slip with the outgoing money data from a host computer. CONSTITUTION:In a passbook booking device 1, when booking incoming and outgoing money data, the outgoing money data booked in the slip by a slip reading part 19 are read out, the outgoing money data of the slip and the outgoing money data from the host computer are automatically collated by a data collation circuit 20, and also the collated result is booked in the slip or the passbook. Thus, a troublesome labor like checking the slips by a card payment and the like one by one with eyes is unnecessitated, and the outgoing money data from the host computer can be checked with a simple operation. And even when the number of payment times is increased and the number of slips is increased, artificial mistakes such as an oversight and a misrecognition are removed. |
