PURPOSE:To carry out each of treatments of opening of head, separation between trunk and internal organ, trunk opening and separation between arms and internal organ to obtain a uniformly treated squid by holding with a holding means and successively feeding the squid to each treating position. CONSTITUTION:The trunk (a) of squid is held with a supporting body 2 and a pressing body 3 and the head (d) of arms of squid is held with a receiving body 25 and a pressing body 26 and the squid is stopped each for a required time at a position for separating trunk and internal organ, trunk-opening and for separating arms and internal organ to carry out each of treatments. At the head opening position, the treating device cuts the head of squid and squid is opened so as to appear a bill and at the position for separating trunk and internal organ, treating device cuts a jointing part between the trunk part and internal part of squid to separate the trunk and internal organ, and at the trunk-opening position, the treating device cuts trunk top to open the trunk until the back to take-out by a take-out means of the trunk, and at the position for separating arms and internal organ, the treating device cuts a boundary between arms and internal organ to separate arms and internal organ. |
