PURPOSE:To allow a detergent to be rinsed with water and improve detergency and chemical stability without bringing about the environmental problems by mixing terpene alcohol and a surfactant in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is obtained by mixing 80 to 99.5wt.% natural or synthetic terpene alcohol and 20 to 0.5wt.% surfactant which is a nonionic surfactant and/or anionic surfactant soluble in the terpene alcohol. The title cleaning method comprises bringing the composition into contact with the surface of an article having adherent pollutants, such as oils, waxes, greases or fatty abravises, in particular, rosin flux which is used for soldering a printed-wiring broad to dissolve and remove the pollutants and rinsing it with water. |
