PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus capable of providing a homogeneous product according to simple operation by installing a boiling and a cooling vessels movable in the transverse direction on an electromagnetic signal in the longitudinal row in the vertical directions and further a hanger for holding coagulating cans for soybean milk movable in the vertical directions on the electromagnetic signal. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus for automatic coagulation of soybean milk, the interior of a box unit 1 forming the contour is formed into nearly four stages and the topmost stage is equipped with a controlling part 2 and a fan 3. A boiling vessel 5 and a cooling vessel 6 formed so as to freely move in the transverse direction on an electromagnetic signal from the controlling part 2 are arranged in the longitudinal row in the vertical directions in the second and third stages from the upper part. The lowermost part is provided with a cooling machine 7 and a lower drawer 8 to move a hanger 4 for holding coagulation cans 10 containing soybean milk therein in the vertical directions on the electromagnetic signal from the controlling part 2. Thereby, the soybean milk is boiled in the boiling vessel 5, cooled in the cooling vessel 6 and coagulated. The drawer 8 is then pulled out forward to take out the coagulated soybean milk from the coagulation cans 10 and afford the objective bean curd. |
