PURPOSE:To enhance the fixing strength of a corrugated plate and a flat plate by a method wherein the corrugated plate and the flat plate both of which are made of a metal are superposed one upon another to be wound in a multiple state to form a temporary carrier and heated in such a state that the temporary carrier is pressed from the outside to the inside to weld the contact parts of the corrugated plate and the flat plate. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated plate 31 and a flat plate 33 both of which are made of a metal are superposed one upon another and wound in a multiple state to form a temporary carrier 35 which is, in turn, positioned within the heating coil 41 of a high frequency induction heating apparatus 39 in a state pressed from the outside thereof to the inside thereof. When the high frequency induction heating apparatus 39 is operated, the corrugated plate 31 and the flat plate 33 positioned within the heating coil 41 are heated by induction heating action due to a high frequency current and the contact parts of both plates are welded. By this method, the fixing strength of the corrugated plate and the flat plate is enhanced. |
