A cassette holder (2) is movably installed on a front loading device (1) of video tape recorder. A loading shaft (7) is coupled with the cassette holder (2), and a guide bracket (15) is integrally provided with a pair of protuberances (16)(16') on the opposite sides of the shaft (7). The protuberances (16)(16') are engaged into engaging slots (14)(14') of brackets (5)(5') so as to secure the brackets (5)(5'). The bracket (5') is provided with a pair of engaging protuberances (13)(13') on the opposite sides thereof to secure a worm (8) and a worm gear (9). Another bracket (11) which has engaging slots (12)(12') is attached by means of a bolt (6'), and a top cover which has two securing pieces (23)(23') is engaged with two engaging bosses (24)(24').
