PURPOSE:To reduce the amt. of kneading water and to improve adhesion property of an adhesive by incorporating the essential components comprising melamine formaldehyde condensation product having a sulfonate group and alkali alkyl sulfate into an admixture to be added to hemihydrate gypsum. CONSTITUTION:The admixture for an adhesive for gypsum molded products consists of essential components comprising, by 98-70 pts.wt. of melamine formaldehyde condensation product having sulfonate groups and 2-30 pts.wt. alkali alkyl sulfate. This admixture is added to the adhesive for gypsum molded products, essentially comprising heminydrate gypsum. Thereby, the amt. of kneading water is largely reduced and adhesion strength to the base body is improved. |
