PURPOSE:To miniaturize the circuit by eliminating a coring circuit by providing a coring function as well in a digital filter processor used for the multiplication part of the interpolating circuit for the inside of a moving area field. CONSTITUTION:A multiplication part 8 generates a sample value to be interpolated and interpolates it, and the value is outputted after reducing noise, which is easily loaded onto a high band frequency part, by executing coring and inputted to a sampling frequency conversion part 9. In the above sampling frequency conversion part 9, a sampling frequency is converted from 32MHz to 48MHz, outputted and inputted to a non-linear enhancer 10, and in the, above non-linear enhancer 10, the signal level of the high frequency component decreased by the above-mentioned coring is increased, outputted, added to a mixer circuit as the processing signal of a moving area and mixed with the signal of a still area to which a signal processing is separately executed in the above mixer circuit. |
