PRODUCTION OF GERM-FREE SOYBEAN MILD PROTEIN-CONTAINING LIQUID FOR TUBE FEEDING NUTRITION

PURPOSE:To stably sterilize a high-caloric liquid without aggregation and precipitation and obtain the subject liquid by homogenizing a high-calorie stock solution containing soybean protein for tube feeding nutrition under a high pressure, then filling the resultant homogenate in a retort pack and carrying out sterilization treatment. CONSTITUTION:A high-caloric stock solution containing preferably 0.01-5% soybean protein for tube feeding nutrition is preferably homogenized under a pressure as high as >=500kg/cm<2> gauge pressure and subsequently filled in a retort pack. The filled homogenate is then subjected to sterilization treatment while being preferably rotated to afford the objective liquid.
