DISTRIBUTING AND FRYING ARRANGEMENT FOR SNACK FOOD AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To discharge snack food without breaking it before cooking by discharging the snack food in a food supply chamber to a fry tub while guiding it through specified paddle wheel assembly and flapper member. CONSTITUTION: The snack food is guided by plural paddle plates 52 made of flexible materials of a paddle wheel assembly 70 installed so as to be rotated inside a food supply chamber 10 and a flapper member 55 attached inside the food supply chamber. When the paddle plates 52 are bent by the flapper member 55 and the paddle plates 52 are compressed while mutually facing, the snack food is gradually oriented again and each time the paddle plates 52 are opened by the flapper member 55, the snack food is moved through a hole 65 into a distribution food storage chamber 57.
